The main architectural gesture is the placement of the building whithin the site so that it creates the largest possible garden. Two orthogonal double story volumes are placed parallel to the edges of the interior corner of the site almost at 90° angles and are connected by a curvylinear intermediate space that completes the corner and contains all circulation. Hence the shape in plan that looks like a number seven.
